1.Purchasing process

You may buy in Tiwel | Official Online Store selecting the model / size you want in our catalog and clicking on “buy” (you have at your disposal the size guide that you will find in each product). You can choose as payment method: credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard or Maestro).

2. Tracking Shipping

3. Delivery times and shipping costs

The shipment of items purchased at shop.tiwel.es will be made through an international courier company and will be delivered within approximately 24-48 hours on weekdays in the case of home delivery. Home deliveries will have no cost in orders over € 50, in case of orders less than that amount, the shipping cost will be € 6.95.

4.5. Right of withdrawal

Consequences of withdrawal

4.6. Refunds
