Descripción
Bene-Koh Shirt by Bene Rohlmann, special edition and 100% soft viscose composition, with all-over-print decoration of some of his characteristic figures and, now, exclusively designed for the new thematic capsule of the German artist.
Short sleeve shirt and regular beach fitting. Matching front buttons, decorative collar label and minicanvas logo labels.
Born in 1985 in Münster (Germany), Bene Rohlmann is one of this season’s guest artists. It’s a pleasure to have one of the most regular and most refuted contributors to Berlin’s attractive graphic scene in this collection. It is difficult to define the style that Bene has created, it has a touch of old school traditional tattoo, mixed with a very modern linear style. Some retro-futuristic sci-fi aesthetics and a lot of dystopian surrealism. Above all, it’s pleasantly fresh, exciting and unusual. The colours, rather than appearing, have blossomed.
His works combine various traditional techniques such as collage and drawing, and incorporate a random assortment of themes that interest him, such as Mexican death cults, the traditional art of native tribes or nature-related content.
“I have always been fascinated by Asian culture and exotic flora and fauna, and I like to create designs that combine these influences”. In fact, he often chooses the tiger in many of them because it’s his favourite animal and he’s captured it in this special capsule.
